Melissa, that Lobster Lasagna looks killer. Hubby loves Lobster anything. So this would really thrill him! I will have try this for sure!

Vickie, I tried a similar killer lasagna during my last trip to San Pedro island in Belize. There is a restaurant called Blue Water Grill owned by Chef Chris Aycock——oh, well I still remember how good it was! So, I have been working on my version of his, with a twist or two, of course—-and now I am ready to share it with you
