Vinagreta de Café y Maní edit

Tip: Perfecto para una cena ligera y rápida de preparar después de un día de trabajo agotador.
Ideal para pollo

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 taza de mantequilla de maní crujiente (crunchy peanut butter)
  • 1/4 taza de café del día
  • 1/2 taza de cebolla morada, picadita
  • 3/4 taza de leche de coco fresca o de lata sin azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar morena
  • 1 cucharada de salsa de soya
  • 1/4 cucharadita de salsa picante (opcional)

Procedimiento

Combinar todos los ingredientes en una ollita y llevar al punto de hervor, revolviendo constantemente. Remover del fuego y servir caliente sobre pollo asado, o fría sobre una ensalada de lechuga y pollo en trocitos.
Rinde 2 tazas aproximadamente
