Hello Chef! =)
I’ve been trying different recipes for my Rum Cake… I’ve tried with the Rum always afterward, like after the Cake has been baked, I didn’t like it that much… I was thinking it was going to be as a “Sopa Borracha”, but the taste is too liquory..
I just found this recipe of yours and will give it a try tomorrow, I hope this works better =)
Also the “Arroz con Leche” I just need to add the raisins, I love raisins in my arroz con leche, I will marinate them with Rum for 2 hours before and will just add it 2 minutes before it’s done.

Hola JC, the “cake de ron dorado” es un rum cake muy delicado y delicioso…creo que te va a gustar! Puedes creer que aun no he pensado en el menu para la noche del 24? hehe, creo que lo haré pronto! Un abrazo, y que pases felices fiestas tambien…
