You are a lifesaver. I have been getting requests to cook another cheezecake and I wanted something different. This would have also been food for my Thanksgiving dinner.

Can you please put it in English because it looks scrumptious. Btw—I was wondering why you hadn’t written on your blog in a while and realized that I put the link to a recipe in November as your webpage.. I am such a nerd. But I changed it. now I can be here all of the time.. tehee

Ok, I have gone to Super Baru and Super99 in David and neither have cans of pumpkin. Will Rey carry it when it arrives this month?
If not, where do you get it in PC. I will get a couple of cans on my next trip.

Don, they are sold here almost everywhere: Riba Smith, Rey, 99—-BUT, how about using freshly cooked zapallo (pumpkin)?

Estou ansiosa por descobrir!

I would prefer the cans as I am a bit lazy, but the recipe looks sooooo good, I may try your suggestion.

That cheesecake looks so good! I love pumpkin and am always looking for new ways to use it:) I can’t wait to see more holiday recipes, especially any Panamanian ones! I have a fantastic recipe for a holiday apple cider spice cake that’s super easy (and wonderfully spicy) if any wants it:)
