I would personally LOVE it if you posted more in English or in both Spanish and English. I’ve been “sort of” reading your blog for a while now (or rather, reading it as best my Sesame Street and Seventh grade Spanish would let me) and chastising myself for not speaking Spanish better so I could fully enjoy your recipes and writing.
Thank you for your message! This is great, I feel motivated -enough- to post in English from now on—-The problem is that sometimes I get the -island fever-, the funny part is: -I do not live in an island!-

Barrett: I thought I was the only one reading my blog
Thanks again,

Thank you very much for starting to post in English as well. All this time I’ve been looking at your pics as saying to myself, “that looks so good and delicious, I wonder what those words mean”. Now, I’ll be able to read your recipes as well.
***Muchas gracias Lance for writing, ...now that I know some of you would like to see me posting in English—-How can I say no? impossible
All the new recipes will be in English/Spanish, and will translate the old ones one at the time—-Thanks again!
