Ah! Hello missing lady! But then I was missing in action too. Sounds like you had fun.
South America seems to be such an untapped source of vacation for people in Canada. Maybe even the US? It always seems like people want to go to Hawaii, Mexico, Europe or Australia. Maybe even Japan. Egypt or safaris fit in there. But South America? Thanks so much for opening our eyes to the possibilities of travel on the other side of the equator.

Sounds as though you are having a wonderful time! Glad to see you are havign ostrich - it is very popular in South Africa and many menus contain ostrich carpaccio.
