Antonio! lo que ves en la foto es “ceviche verde de corvina” con unas hojitas de berro. Lo que pasa es que estoy desarrollando unas recetas de croquetas de ceviche y para eso tuve que preparar el ceviche primero. Pero…como puedes apreciar no me pude resistir a prepar un bocadito, cerrar los ojos e imaginarme que estaba en una fiesta smile
La receta de las croquetas viene pronto! Abrazos,

I find it hard to believe that you are on an eating program.  I have seen your picture and sweetie, you do not need to lose wt.  I need to lose it not you!  If you lose any weight you will disappear darlin’.

Vickie…Maybe it is hard to believe, but yes, I am on a diet program. In the last year I went from size 4 to size 8. It is very hard to be a chef and try to be thin at the same time—-Anyhow—-That was not my dinner, of course, It was just a party size serving of a “green corvina ceviche & watercress salad”. I am working on some “ceviche croquetes” and for that I had to prepare ceviche! YUM smile

I agree with Vickie - don’t diet yourself too much, or else you’ll disappear and we won’t be able to get your delicious recipes anymore!  I think I might be going on a ‘healthy eating’ diet soon too…too much cream, butter and sugar lately (don’t worry Vickie - I’ll post some recipes that are healthy that you can eat soon too!).  Any strategic tips you’d care to share?  I’m no chef, but I cook enough that my waist and butt don’t thank me very much!
